Pet Grooming
What to Expect

We want you and your pet’s experience with us to be a positive one and we do our best to get every pet groomed with as little stress as possible and as quickly as possible.  However, we don’t want to rush through the process as this can be more stressful on your pet.

Unless, your pet has health issues or other special needs, the following is how long you should expect your pet to be with us:

  • Cats: 2 – 2.5 hours
  • Small Dogs: 2.5 – 3 hours
  • Large Dogs: 3.5 – 4 hours

Nail Trims & Walk-Ins: All of our grooming sessions are by appointment only.  We only take walk-ins for nail trims between the hours of 9am-3pm. Nail trims are $15 per pet and includes filing at no additional cost.

Cancellations/No Show: In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot. Failure to call in advance or failure to have your pet available for the grooming service may result in a charge of $25 which will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Warrenville Staff

Ashley K. – Salon Manager

Ashley worked in dog daycare for over 15 years and has been in the grooming industry for 18 years. She joined the team at Warrenville in 2014 and specializes in reading animal behavior and body language. Her favorite part of her job is developing relationships with clients (2, 4, and even 3-legged).

Ashley is a true animal lover and has shown that through her work with Michael Vick survivor dogs and fostering many pitbulls. She has one dog of her own, a Chi-weenie named Dylan, and a Sphynx cat named Anubis. In her free time, she loves playing frisbee golf.

Abbie O. – Pet Stylist

Abbie has been grooming since 2003 and has been working with the Warrenville team since 2014. She is a certified Pet Stylist with training from Great Lakes Academy of Professional Pet Styling and has won multiple awards for competition grooming. Her specialty is grooming Schnauzers.

Abbie has three dogs – a Schnauzer named Hank, a Bernese Mountain Dog named Mildred, and a pitbull mix named Reese. She loves spending her free time with her daughter and enjoys gardening and taking care of her houseplants.

Deborah H. – Pet Stylist

Deborah has been with the Warrenville team since 2018 and is a certified Pet Groomer from Great Lakes Academy of Pet Styling. She loves training and grooming puppies and has endless patience with all of their wiggles. There is a special place in her heart for each and every one of the dogs she grooms.

Deborah owns two Maltese pups named Belle and Casper and enjoys playing tennis in her free time.

Luis G. – Pet Stylist

Luis joined the PurrFurred Pet Styling team in 2020, after working at a pet boarding facility and as a bather. He is certified as a Pet Groomer through Paragon School of Pet Grooming and enjoys the challenge of grooming senior and difficult dogs. His goal with each appointment is to make your dog feel relaxed and happy.

Luis has two dogs, a Bichon Poo named Sodi and a large pitbull named Lito. Along with his love of furry animals, he has a fascination with keeping pet fish and maintaining his home aquarium. He also loves to run and has competed in the Chicago Marathon and many Spartan Races.
