COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
Have you been sick? We ask that if you or anyone in your home has been sick or has had any flu like symptoms in the past two weeks to please wait at least two weeks after symptoms have subsided before scheduling any future grooming appointments.
MOBILE GROOMING:
- No Home Entry: Our mobile groomers will not be allowed to enter any homes during this time. Please make sure someone is home during the duration of your appointment to bring/receive your pet(s) at the door.
- Restricted areas: For the safety of our groomers and our clients, only our groomer and the pets being groomed will be allowed in our mobile units at this time. If you have a pet(s) that cannot be groomed without the your assistance then unfortunately we will NOT be able to groom them at this time.
- Cats: All cats MUST be in a cat carrier and brought to the door so our groomer can safely transport you cat(s) to and from our mobile unit.
- Masks: We ask that clients wear a mask when interacting with our mobile stylists. Our stylists will be wearing masks when safe social distancing of 6′ cannot be maintained.
- Collars & Leashes: Clients will be provided a slip lead and asked to remove all collars and leashes. Please secure the lead and pass it to your mobile pet stylist. Additionally, to limit person-to-person contact, please do not hand us your pet.
- Assisted Living / Nursing Home Clients: For the safety of our clients and our employees, we will not be able to provide mobile grooming services to clients living in nursing homes or assisted living retirement communities at this time.
- No New Clients: In order to better serve our existing clients while we are short staffed, we are not taking on new mobile grooming clients until further notice.
SALON GROOMING:
- Social Distancing: We ask that all clients practice safe social distancing of 6 feet when you are at one of our salon locations.
- Restricted areas: For the safety of our groomers and our clients, only employees will be allowed in our grooming areas. If you have a pet(s) that cannot be groomed without the your assistance then unfortunately we will NOT be able to be groom them at this time.
- Masks: We ask that all clients wear a mask when visiting one of our locations. Our groomer’s will be wearing masks when safe social distancing of 6′ cannot be maintained.

- Self Wash: For the safety of our clients and our staff, our self wash service at the Aurora location will be closed for the foreseeable future. We will let clients know when it reopens.
