What to Expect
We want you and your pet’s experience with us to be a positive one and we do our best to get every pet groomed with as little stress as possible and as quickly as possible. However, we don’t want to rush through the process as this can be more stressful on your pet.
Unless, your pet has health issues or other special needs, the following is how long you should expect your pet to be with us:
- Cats: 2 – 2.5 hours
- Small Dogs: 2.5 – 3 hours
- Large Dogs: 3.5 – 4 hours
Nail Trims & Walk-Ins: All of our grooming sessions are by appointment only. We only take walk-ins for nail trims between the hours of 9am-3pm. Nail trims are $18 per pet and includes filing at no additional cost.
Cancellations/No Show: In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot. Failure to call in advance or failure to have your pet available for the grooming service may result in a charge of $25 which will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
