Our dog is approaching 13 years old and is starting to show his age. The worked with me to make sure he remains comfortable and they make him look great, despite his losing much of his hair (he's a hair dog, not fur). I always ask for a call when he's about 10 minutes out as I don't like him to have to be in a kennel at all. He is always happy when I pick him up and have never had any issues. They have done a great job both times and I would highly recommend them. My cat comes out of there calm, and looks beautiful. Once she gets over her angst of going out anywhere she feels so much better I can tell. She has so much fur so it's easier to give her a trim. Great results! read less

My previous fur baby, Pooty, was truly spoiled and a diva but she bonded with Leanne right away. Unfortunately Pooty passed away unexpectedly a couple months ago. Leanne reached out with comforting messages. Fast forward 2 months later, I was able to "rescue" a 3-yr old Lhasa Apso. As soon as I signed adoption contract, my first call was to Leanne. She rearranged her schedule to fit me in. I am so grateful.

The price is going up since my last appointment (July) but I'm paying for the convenience of mobile grooming, a groomer that Pooty adored, and all the different services provided so I'm okay with it. read less

Mia can be.a handful in that she's overly friendly and wants to say hi and lick everyone (I guess there's worse qualities) but she's always groomed beautifully. I just rescued a Maine Coon in September who bounced around alot and is just a freak about leaving the house or having people over. So we tried the Mobile service. It's a bit costly but to open your garage door, hand your fur bundle over to a groomer parked in your driveway and an hour later, have your baby handed back to you is priceless! No other animals around to create anxiety, no car ride anywhere - how can you beat it? LeeAnn told me she has 33 years experience so I immediately felt very comfortable with her. Best of all, my Luna came back clean, groomed and smelling like flowers! read less

Not only is she the cutest in her new 'do, but she came home very happy and chatty. My partner dropped her off this morning and said the groomer was holding her and cuddling her (Lenore loves cuddles and will happily snuggle with anyone who lets her). They called me to pick her up, and when I came in, the salon was clean, everyone was so friendly, and they got us checked out quickly and on our way (which was awesome because I had a dog to take to the vet right after XD). We'll be back in December with our 12 year old kitty, and I know he's going to be well cared for. read less
